Bridesmaid Dresses

I've spent time telling you a little bit about my bridesmaids, and now I'll showcase what they're going to wear! All of my girls are different, both physically and mentally. They have different styles and tastes, and they're all beautiful in my opinion. To showcase their personalities and individual beauty, I've decided to let each girl choose their own style. That's not to say I didn't have any bridal control over the situation: I chose the designer, length, and color. But other than that, the girls are on their own!

The designer is B2 by Jasmine Bridals, the color is cobalt, and the length is cocktail. Here's some of the styles they'll be wearing...What's your take on bridesmaids wearing different dresses? Are you a fan or do you think it's too trendy?

Next post I'll share the rest of their ensemble, including what's on their feet and what they're carrying!

I ADORE when the bridesmaids all wear different dresses. I know that the reasoning behind the matching dresses is that the bride is supposed to stand out on her big day.... but I think the maids should be beautiful too. Just my 2 cents.

I ADORE the cobalt and the styles of the dresses - they're gorgeous and SO wearable! LOVE!

Great idea! Very similar to what I did, but I narrowed it down and gave each girl a choice between 3 dresses. Yay for wedding progress!!!

I love the second one!

I let my bridesmaids choose between 2 styles, and my maid of honor wore a different style than the others. All the girls loved that I allowed them to pick their style!

LOVELY!! i love them. i love the different dress in the same color look. i considered it for my girls, but with a german bridesmaid it was easier just to pick everything and make it easier on her. so i just picked something that would work easily for everyone. i love your picks!

They're fabulous! I am also having my girls in B2 Jasmine Bridal dresses, though mine are in Berry and knee length. Although I let my 15 year old daughter stand out a bit by allowing her to go with the Bahama Breeze color which perfectly matches our colors of aqua/turquoise and cranberry red. But the girls did get a few different styles. But since they are all the same designer and chiffon gowns at knee length, it looks amazing together! Just found your blog and am a new follower now :)

Love these! My BM's are in 3 different dress styles, all from J Crew. I'm so excited how it will look!

The B2 line is the line I picked my BM's dresses from! Just make sure the girls order them early - ours took an extra 3 weeks to get here & they were a lot longer than I thought "cocktail" would be. The length was perfect on my bridesmaid that is 5'8", but I had two that are 5', and the dresses were to their ankles, even though they ordered the smallest sizes. Good luck!
