Shoes, Omigod Shoes

So I've waffled back and forth on shoes for the past several months. I have a problem. Right now I'm between these three styles. My intial shoes are somewhat narrow and I'm worried about the support (aka I've had 4 ankle surgeries and don't want another). The other two shoes are definitely contendors. The "Italia" is my favorite, but I need to make sure that Peabody Shoes can dye ivory silk too.
