Eggs in Purgatory

We were in a pinch for dinner last night, and I didn't want to default to just eating junk. This recipe from Skinny Taste popped into my head and it was a cinch to make. We didn't have harissa, so I used spicy red curry paste instead. Super quick to make and it was ready to eat within 15 minutes from start to finish. The Harissa sauce sounds delicious, but the vendor she recommended charges $8 for shipping on Amazon. And if there's anything I refuse to pay for it's shipping! Does anybody have a good harissa brand to recommend?
