Hobby Lobby was great! I'll be going back later this week to get some more goodies. All of their "home" stuff got me thinking about decorating our new apartment. We'd love to incorporate darker furniture into our bedroom and I LOVE the look of this dresser. Mr. SE's flatscreen will look great above that. But then where does a mirror go? Anyways- the point of this post was to say FURNITURE IS EXPENSIVE. Target has really great furniture, I have Shabby Chic now, but it's more expensive than you'd think. Why is the above dresser over $300? I'm planning on visiting thrift stores in TN to try and pick up some furniture.

try american signature furniture. the store is in franklin, next to cool springs mall. they have great stuff, great prices. better quality than target, but not much more expensive!
